You don't have to pay for advertising, you can advertise your rooms for free using our basic room advertisement option. Our Unique stop the clock system allows you to pause your adverts once your room(s) have been let and stores any unused advertising credit in your 'TimeBank' for future use. You only pay for what you use, you do not waste any of your budget and you can quickly re-let your rooms at any time in the future without any extra cost!

• Create your Free Flatshare Advertising Account.
• Load up your room details.
• Preview & tweak your room add to attract enquiries from the 'right' tennants 4 you.
• When you are happy with the display of your room for rent, purchase the amount of advertising time that is right 4 you. You can purchase as much or as little as you like on a day-by-day basis.
• Once you have completed your purchase - 'START the Clock' to advertise your room on the site. Your time bank will reduce in 'realtime' minute for minute as long as you leave your advert live on the site - providing you have a positive credit balance.
• When you match up with a suitable tenant and let your room - 'STOP the Clock' and bank any remaining credit into your TimeBank.
• When you are ready to let the room again, or another different room, simply 'START the Clock' again using the time stored in your TimeBank No further purchase will be necessary, provided you still have credit left in your TimeBank.

The credit you purchase is flexible and is not limited to the same room advertisement. You can create as many different room ads as you need and run them all simultaneously, if required. Each advertisement will use up 1 minute of credit for each minute it is shown on the site. If you purchase 6 days worth of credit you could advertise 2 rooms for 3 days, 1 room for 6 days or even 6 rooms for 1 day each - use it as you like, in the way that best suits your advertising needs.
