We have a double room to let in a 3 bed house in Erdington.
The house belongs to my sister and I, I’m looking to move out to move in with my boyfriend hence we need some one to take my place in the house.
We are looking for some body who is easy going and polite who respects our house and isn’t to noisy in the week days as both people work full time in the house and they need there beauty sleep. We also need some body who is reliable and who we can trust.
We are located in Erdington on a un-adopted Road in a nice location, we are a approximately a 5min walk to Erdington Train Station and a 3 min walk to all bus stops. The house it self it very homely and we want any who lives there to feel welcome.
Rent per month is £350 this inclusive of all bills and wireless internet and Virgin Media TV.
We require one months rent as deposit. (£350)
