Currently living in a terraced house with one large double furnished attick room going. My housemate left without a word to my landlord or me so ready as soon as.
Would like a professional either male or female age 21 upwards.
I am 25 female professional.
It is a lovely home which i keep clean and tidy, would like someone to respect it as a home and someone reliable who i dont have to chase for bills ;-)

It is £250 a month rent, bills of £92 a month (do not include gas/ electric, these come every 3 months and get split in half).
Internet wirless availabe.
There is also a sky lead leading into the room if required.
