Hi guys! we currently have two rooms available for January in a five-bedroom flat for the remainder of the academic year (the end of June). The flat is in a perfect position off Welford Road, just two minutes walk into the city centre, and within easy walking distance for both DMU and Leicester uni's. Me and my flatmate have decided to leave our course early and therefore have two rooms available to move into straight away. The flat was the orginial showflat for the student complex, so it's immaculately presented. It has laminate floor throughout, a lovely modern kitchen/diner, flatscreen TV with Freeview, two leather sofas, a shower/toilet and seperate toilet. The rooms are a brillint size, both come with a single bed, wardrobe and desk. The flat is all inclusive, so all bills and internet are included within the rent. The remainder of the flatmates are three lovely friendly girls, all studying within their last year of uni. All work extremely hard, are not at all noisy or messy and would make you feel very welcome. it is a shame to be leaving!
